1 March 2007 -- During the month of March, Vodafone is offering its customers free downloads of full songs by local artists and bands on their 3G mobile phone. Available tracks include 'Marigold' by Winter Moods, 'Someone Else' by Ira Losco and 'Room 7' by Scream Daisy.

Vodafone customers can download a number of full tracks by Ira Losco, Winter Moods, Scream Daisy, DJ Ruby, J-Joy, Plan Zero and Bitterside. Other artists will be included in the coming days. A total of 2,000 music records will be available for free download on a first come first served basis until the 31st March.

Vodafone's 3G mobile phones give customers access to their favourite music wherever they go, by giving them the opportunity to listen to the songs of their choice, time and again. Through this offer, Vodafone customers can now download for free their favourite local music records at high speeds and save them in their mobile phone memory, thereby enjoying hours of quality entertainment anywhere. The full track music service is exclusive to Vodafone live! 3G customers with Vodafone live! enabled service. To download the local full tracks, Vodafone customers need to access Vodafone live! and select Maltese Music.

One lucky customer from amongst those who download local FTMDs during the promotion period will win a Vodafone 710 3G Handset.
