March 6, 2007 -- VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – Sierra Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWIR, TSX: SW) announced today a definitive agreement to acquire AirLink Communications, Inc. (“AirLink”), a privately-held developer and supplier of high value fixed, portable and mobile wireless data solutions for industrial and public safety applications.

AirLink, founded in 1993, is located in Hayward, California and currently has 50 full time employees. The company has achieved solid growth with revenues of $24.8 million in 2006, compared to $19.8 million in 2005. AirLink had earnings from operations of $3.9 million in 2006 and gross margin of 44%. The company’s unaudited results are reported in US dollars and in accordance with United States generally accepted accounting principles.

Configuration and distribution center located in Hungary to serve Sierra Wireless customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa

February 14, 2007 -- 3GSM World Congress, Barcelona, Spain – Sierra Wireless (NASDAQ: SWIR - TSX: SW) today announced that based on increased customer activity in the EMEA region, the company has expanded its relationship with Flextronics, its manufacturing partner, to add a configuration and distribution center for Sierra Wireless products in Zalaegerszeg, Hungary. The Zalaegerszeg Center is now operational and supporting configuration, customization, packout, warehousing, and reverse logistics for the company’s EMEA customers.

Sierra Wireless and Telefónica collaborate to demonstrate HSPA technology at 3GSM World Congress

Telefónica hosts demonstrations utilizing both the recently launched Sierra Wireless AirCard 875 for HSDPA networks and the upcoming AirCard 880 for HSUPA networks, providing insight into the present and the future of mobile broadband

February 12, 2007 -- 3GSM World Congress, Barcelona, Spain – Sierra Wireless (NASDAQ: SWIR - TSX: SW) today announced the company is collaborating with Telefónica Móviles España to demonstrate the latest in 3G wireless technology at 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona. Telefónica will host demonstrations of the recently launched Sierra Wireless AirCard® 875 wireless data card for HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) networks, and will also utilize prototypes of the newly unveiled AirCard 880 PC card for a live, over-the-air demonstration of HSUPA (High Speed Uplink Packet Access) technology.
