Verizon Wireless Ranks Highest in Satisfying Business Customers in Both Large Enterprise and Small/Midsize Segments

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- 22 May 2008 -- Verizon Wireless ranks highest in overall customer satisfaction for wireless data service, effectively meeting customer expectations and requirements of both large enterprise and small/midsize business segments, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2008 Business Wireless Satisfaction Study released today.

Now in its fourth year, the study measures customer satisfaction of small and midsize businesses (fewer than 100 employees) and large enterprises (100 employees or more) with their wireless voice and data services across eight key factors. In order of importance, they are: call quality (23%); sales representatives/account executives (16%); company image (12%); customer service (11%); billing (10%); offerings and promotions (10%); cost of service (9%); and performance and reliability (9%).

ONE-BILL Combines Home and Verizon Wireless Services on Single Bill

August 13, 2007, NEW YORK - Customers in areas where Verizon sells voice, broadband, video and wireless services now have two new options: They can sign up at a Verizon Wireless store for the integrated ONE-BILL statement, and they can pay their ONE-BILL at the payment kiosk where available.

ONE-BILL combines the bill statements for Verizon calling, broadband and entertainment services, and Verizon Wireless service into one monthly statement.

"This is another way for us to provide better service to both our Verizon Telecom and Verizon Wireless customers," said Rich McCusker, product management director for Verizon Telecom. "ONE-BILL reduces the statements our customers get from us and helps the environment by minimizing paper waste. This new setup can allow those customers that have not combined their Verizon bills to do so at any Verizon Wireless store."

Verizon customers will be able to enjoy the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival from a number of convenient options that will keep them tuned into festival happenings from home or while on-the-go. Movie lovers will soon be able to see selected content from the Festival, which runs from April 25 – May 6, on their Verizon Wireless mobile phones, VerizonSurround (www.verizon.net/tff) and Verizon FiOS TV.

Beginning on April 24, Verizon customers can access an outstanding list of movie trailers and short films that will be making their debut at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival. Verizon customers can experience the excitement of Independent film with access to short films that range from one women’s journey through obsessions and distractions in “The Home” to the chronicle of love between a Christian boy and Jewish girl in “Kosher.”
