SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - March 5, 2007 - Today at the Game Developers Conference 2007, Glu Mobile, a leading global publisher of mobile games, announced an agreement with Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) to develop and publish a mobile adaptation of "Age of Empires® III", based on the award-winning real-time strategy (RTS) franchise for the PC developed by Ensemble Studios and published by Microsoft Game Studios. Through the agreement, Glu has secured worldwide rights to develop and publish a new mobile game based on "Age of Empires III", the third installment in the series that has sold a staggering 16 million copies worldwide.
