The SQL Anywhere® database deployment is a major win Sybase has achieved in the mobile and embedded applications market in China, providing a secure mobile database for the China Digital Customs Data Exchange System. Once completed, the project is expected to set a new standard for future projects in China and across the globe. The original software was developed and managed by East Port Technology, and is used by all Chinese companies with import-export business.
