ACCESS, Bytemobile Partner to Deliver Fast Full Web Browsing on Mobile Handsets

TOKYO, Japan and MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., July 25, 2007 -- ACCESS CO., LTD. and Bytemobile, Inc. today announced a global partnership to co-develop and market solutions which will dramatically improve the web browsing experience for mobile devices. Under the agreement, the two companies will work together to integrate Bytemobile’s embedded browser optimization (EBO) technology with the award-winning ACCESS NetFront™ Browser and NetFront™ Mobile Client Suite (NMCS). The combined solution will allow for faster full internet page downloads on smartphones and feature phones, and transparently improve download performance by up to 4x over existing technologies on most wireless networks.

Bytemobile, Inc. announced that its Unison™ Web Fidelity Service was selected as the second-place winner of the CTIA Emerging Technologies (E-Tech) Award for the Network Infrastructure—Wide Area Network category at CTIA WIRELESS 2007.
