2008-01-28 -- Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B), specifies previously announced negative one-off items in Q4 2007. The items are related to an interconnect dispute between 2000-2004 in Sweden and wage tax on a 1999 option scheme in Versatel from the Dutch tax authorities levied in June 2002. The negative one-off items will amount to approximately 325 million SEK.

While awaiting decision on appeal from the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court, Tele2 has decided to book the charge in Q4 2007. The one-off item will affect EBIT.
