Europe's Largest Telecommunication Magazine Finds SAGEM Mobiles are the Most Reliable

Paris, May 30th 2006 – Sagem Communication (SAFRAN Group) produces the most reliable mobiles with the lowest failure rate. That is the result of a large-scale reader survey by the journal “connect�, Europe’s largest telecommunication magazine (edition 06/2006). Around 10,000 readers took part in the largest customer survey to date and assessed the quality and reliability of products by leading mobile manufacturers.The investigation shows that an average rate of 16.5 percent of mobile phones younger than two years old from all assessed manufacturers have had to be returned. The summary of the trade magazine “Connect� highlights the best result reached by SAGEM with the lowest return rate: 6 percent far below competition.

For the second time in a row, SAGEM was the winner of the so-called “connect� “break down� report. Last year as well, Sagem Communication was recognized as a manufacturer of mobiles with top quality and the highest level of reliability in the large-scale survey.
