Telcogames, a global publisher, developer and distributor of mobile games was listed the UK’s Seventh fastest growing Digital Media business in the prestigious Media Momentum league table at an awards ceremony in central London.
GP Bullhound’s, Media Momentum Top 100 recognises Digital Media Companies across the UK who have shown a significant sales growth over a two-year period.
The league table ranks the companies on the revenue growth achieved between 2003-2005, with Telcogames representing a massive growth rate of 1408%. All participating companies were required to have delivered revenues of at least £500k in 2005.
This years judging panel consisted of a number of well known journalists from the mobile sector including Tim Green, Editor of the industries Mobile Entertainment Magazine and Michael Nutley, editor in Chief for New Media Age.
Last years winner achieved revenue growth over a 2 year period of an impressive 3,659% however this would only place them in fourth place in this years list. At the other end of the league table the improved performance is also evident, with companies requiring revenue growth of 32% to make it into the coveted top 50, this year companies needed to show growth of at least 85%.
