Treo 700wx

Palm, Inc. has announced the availability of the Palm(R) Treo(TM) 700wx smartphone on the Centennial network in Puerto Rico.

The touch-screen enabled Treo 700wx combines a mobile phone(1), comprising all the functionality and ease of use for which Treo smartphones are known, with the power and security of Windows Mobile 5.0 favored by many businesses. The Treo 700wx on the Centennial network complements the Treo 650 smartphone running on the Palm OS(R) platform, offering more choices to Centennial customers.

The Treo 700wx also features Centennial's Go email service, which uses Good Technology's Good Mobile Messaging advanced technology for wireless messaging and corporate data access. For customers who prefer to have Microsoft's Windows operating system applied across all their corporate computing assets, the new Treo 700wx gives users a convenient way to access their business-critical and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents. Centennial's network also enables users to access the Internet and download files with fast EvDO technology.(2)
